HP Color LaserJet MFP M476dw

2 Vertical lines are printed on the page whenever I use the feeder for scanning or copying. I have a HP Color LaserJet MFP M476dw.

I have tried to unplug the printer for more than 5 minutes and the lines are still there.

Any advice please.

Thank you

Hi @LenuV,

I would suggest that you clean the glass that is responsible of the scanning via the document feeder.

Open the ADF lid so that you can see the glass of the scanner. You need to clean very carefully the left small glass, not the big one in the centre. Use a damp cloth. If there is a smudge or a thin line on that glass that can't be removed, then try with IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol).

Let me and others know if that solution worked for you.

Cheers!
