Hi!

I inherited a very nice HP Laserjet Pro 500 color printer (m551)

Unfortunately the previous user (former colleague) doesn't remeber the password he used for the administrative access on the WEB Gui (and possible on the boot / admin menu).

I've read about NVRAM reset and / or cold boot. Formating the harddrive on the formatter (It has no hdd! just a chip / flash?)

I NEED to change the papertrays ...

Can somebody please help me?
