WI Fi connection

Bonjour. Mon imprimante HP MFP M28w a été installée avec raccordement ethernet. Bien que le voyant wi fi soit allumé en bleu fixe, l'imprimante n'est pas reconnue ni par mon PC ni par mon portable en wi fi. Comment faire pour rétablir cette connexion
