Product: HP LaserJet Pro 1102W

So I switched from ATT to Xfinity and my TV and computer and EVERYTHING including my EPSON printer can see the wifi and connect to it. My HP LaserJet cannot find a wifi connection. I can plug in the USB and print but need WIFI to work.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: Turn the product off. 2. Press and hold the wireless button and the cancel button, and then turn the product on. 3. Hold the buttons until all the lights blink in unison, and then release the buttons.

 

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the new Wi-Fi.
