Hello @Lakkishh,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.
Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed < change it.

Attention: this will permanently disable the duplexer!

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Andreas

You can try this as well:

On your PC, control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the dropdown menu. Then click on advanced and in the lower left you will see "printer defaults"  Click on the finishing tab and make sure that duplex is turned off there.  Then click on Printing Shortcuts and make sure that your default does not have Duplex selected. If it does change it and click apply.  Normally changing Preferences fixes the problem, but if it does not this is the next thing to try. The difference is this:

Printer Preferences apply only to the currently logged in user

Printer Defaults are applied to every user of the computer.

You can also check to make sure that there is not a setting on the printer itself to force duplex.
