HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an installation of WJA and we have about 70 devices on this. Recently added 2 new devices which should add to data collection automatically and apply other templates etc but this just isn't happening. 

 

They both had Credential Error to begin with which has now been resolve but neither will allow me to add Data Collection or Alert Templates.
