Product: HP colour laser 150NW
Operating System: iOS

Hi, using IOS (iPhone / iPad on IOS 13 and 14) as well as Windows 10 (32 bit I think).

 

Cannot get my HP 150 NW colour laser onto our new wifi. Previous network was all good. Have tried following the manual (press & hold wireless button on printer, wait for it to flash, then enable WPS pairing on router) and no luck.

Have reset the printer (press & hold the cancel and wireless buttons for 20secs or so) and no luck after that.

 

It prints from a USB connection. Is there a web interface, where I can manually select the network and input the password?

Have you tried putting the router into pairing mode first and then the printer?

Yes I have. We use TP Link's Deco S4 system - is there a known conflict at all?
