I am trying to login to web services for Officejet 3830. I can access the web page but everything is locked. I have tried every hp username and pass as well as the generic ones. I have and can access instant ink page but not this. I can access the web shopping page account but not this, I can access every page on the hp site and log in to each account, but not this. I printed out the printer information but it is not helpful or I do not see how it could be. I have the printer email address, but not sure how that is used for anything other than e-print. I do not want to e-print, I want to be able to manage the printer settings via the embedded web services or server, through the hp printer utility tool and/or the IP address. 192.168.0.4 is not it. It was fine before but not now. Please advise. Thank you, darubin
