What is a supply memory error 10.1000? How can I fix it? My printer won't scan nor print.

Delete any print jobs from the queue.

Reboot the printer and you will be OK.

Hi Adel5050,

 

At the below link you will find the solution to your problem. Make sure you have removed the orange color notch on the left side of your cartridge, if your cartridge is new.

Did those suggestions solve your problem?

If not, try clean the contacts from your cartridge with a cloth with IPA Solvent on it. Do the same to the other contacts as well as shown in the pictures at my previous post.

Failing that, the next step would be to try a different cartridge.

Now i changed the catriedge .... Error did not show...

It still did not print from d system..just sent to d printer.. No reply or print

Hi @Jwala_97,

 

This error has to do with the memory chip on the cartridge that can't be read from the printer. Try replacing your cartridge.
