Delete any print jobs from the queue.
Reboot the printer and you will be OK.

Hi Adel5050,
At the below link you will find the solution to your problem. Make sure you have removed the orange color notch on the left side of your cartridge, if your cartridge is new.

Hi Adel5050,
Did those suggestions solve your problem?
If not, try clean the contacts from your cartridge with a cloth with IPA Solvent on it. Do the same to the other contacts as well as shown in the pictures at my previous post.
Failing that, the next step would be to try a different cartridge.

Hi @Jwala_97,
This error has to do with the memory chip on the cartridge that can't be read from the printer. Try replacing your cartridge.
