M252DW
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi!

I appear to have killed our office M252DW by pulling the toner tray completely out during a paper jam. It appears from the web and this group that no-one has ever managed this before so cannot suggest how to get the tray back in.

So I'm looking for a replacement printer. Does anyone know please what is the difference between the M252DW and M252N? I suspect it is something to do with wireless printing but the HP site is not clear and does not compare printers.

Huge thanks for all help given!

Information / Clarification / Comparisons

You are correct - there are major differences in the connectivity options.

Comparisons and details are explained in the Datasheet for the printer series.

More information is available in the User Guide for the two models in this series.
