Before printing, it had passed initialization and ready status for printing, but when start printing, the printer parts' sound keep looping but didn't print anything out?!

Already did a lot things ... upgraded firmware, tookout cartridges, power-off and on ... , still not work!

After a long time power-off then power-on, it could print only one time, when gave a second time print then it start looping and can no more printing.

To be honest I do not think it has anything to do with the paper feeding. If it did you would get a jam message since when there is an issue with paper pickup and the paper is not picked up after 3 tries the printer will display a jam message. My gut tells me you have either a fuser or dc controller issue. I have seen this type of issue on other models where the fuser does not get hot enough and the printer just goes thru it pre-printing operations waiting for the fuser to reach the required temp to fuse the toner to the paper. Fuser operations are controlled by the dc controller.

The one thing you do not tell us is if there is a message on the control panel of the printer. On this printer it is common to have what are called false paper jams, where the printer tries to print but fails to pickup the paper. If you are getting a paper jam message but no actual jam, then the prickup roller needs to be replaced. If this is not the case, then what happens when you try to print a config or demo print from the printer control panel?

Hi David,

Thanks for quick reply, the problem was nothing on the printer screen, the status was "Ready", before printing it seems that everything get ready. When start to print, the machine keep rolling and non-stop looping but nothing print out (paper didn't rolled-in), didn't work even I print Demo Document from control panel, I had changed paper brand or amount, still the same!

Looks like paper feeding module problem ...

If the control panel on the printer keeps saying ready and nothing else, then it is NOT a feeding issue since the printer never attempts to feed the paper. The issue is either a driver issue where the printer receives a command to print but determins there is nothing to print since what it receives does not tell it to print. The other issue is someting is wrong with the formatter or dc controller of the printer. If the printer is going to print the display will change to printing and not stay on ready even if nothing is printed showing it is attempting to print. As long as the message stays on ready my gut tells me you have a communication issue between the formatter and dc controller, especially since you say reports from the printer itself does the same thing. Again I am counting on your information that the display on the printer does not change from ready to something else. On the printer itself go to the print quality menu and do a perform calibration now command and tell us if the display changes to printing and then calibrating or just starys on ready. If it stays of ready that would confirm a dc controller or formatter issue.

Sorry for not describe clearly. When start to print from PC, the printer screen panel will display from "ready" to "printing", but nothing print out, just a lot printer's noise (non-stop looping noise).

I asked reseller technical support, they said it's paper feeding module problem and should be replaced.
