Product: M477 fdn printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With the paper tray full, I am getting a "Load tray 1 Plain Letter messsage  on my printer even though printer should be autoselecting tray 2.   When I change to default to Tray 2 i continue to get the message.    This seems to have occurred about two weeks ago.  I have removed and reinstalled the printer driver and have the same result.  HELP!

Is tray 2 set for plain letter? If not that could be the problem. On the control panel of the printer, find the paper setup section and make sure Tray 2 is set letter size and type plain.
