Blue WiFi light flashing and won’t connect to network

Can I assume that you are a home based system with your own router?

Blue light flashing slow indicates that wireless is on but the printer is not configured to the network. Are you within range of your router? If so, you will have to connect printer to network by going to your printer preferences, into the network settings area- look for the wireless setup feature: You should be offered two choices:

1. entering the SSID and password of your network router into your printer, or

2. using the Wifi protected setup feature of your router, usually by pressing a WPS button on your router within a few seconds

of opening the option on your printer.

If you are in an office environment you may have to contact your IT department to obtain the correct SSID and Password
