I have the LaserJet m28W and I am unable to connect to WiFi. Initially, when I connected to the printer and I entered the password, it said the password was wrong. However, the password is NOT wrong. I messed with the printer more and eventually there was a new printer to connect to on the WiFi (now is called HP Setup). I can connect to it but it is not a private network and it doesn’t give me a place to enter in the WiFi. Please help.

Unfortunately, that didn’t help. It still shows the WiFi as “HP Setup” and no place to enter in a password.

Thank you so much for your response @Ebell432

As the network appears as “HP Setup”, it will not prompt you for a password. instead, we request you to follow the onscreen steps shown and proceed to get the printer connected.

There is no screen for me to follow directions. How do I get it back to being able to connect to WiFi?
