Hi @Krawzyk,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer is not printing wirelessly, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Printer Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.
  • The wireless light on your printer should be solid, indicating a successful connection.

Verify Network Settings:

  • From the printer control panel, press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu. Ensure the wireless status light is solid blue, indicating a successful network connection.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, router, and computer to refresh network connections.

Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button and go to Settings to run the Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the wireless network.

Network Configuration Page:

  • Print a network configuration page from the printer to check connectivity status and obtain the printer's IP address.

Firewall/Security Software:

  • Temporarily disable firewall or security software on your computer as it might be blocking the printer from connecting.

Wireless Direct Printing:

  • Use the HP Wireless Direct feature to connect your device directly to the printer for printing, bypassing the network. Ensure wireless direct is enabled on the printer.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Uninstall the printer software from your computer and reinstall it using the latest version from HP's official website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a blissful day 😇.
