Hi @FELDart,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that you see an error code 59.C0 on your HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw typically indicates an issue with the internal motors of the printer. Here’s a breakdown of steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer using the power switch.
  • Wait for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on. This allows the printer to reset internally.

Direct Power Connection:

  • If your printer is connected through a surge protector, try removing the surge protector and plug the printer directly into a wall socket. This can help ensure that the printer is receiving adequate power.

Check and Re-install Toner Cartridges:

  • Open the printer, check if the toner cartridges are seated correctly, and then re-install them. Improper installation of cartridges can sometimes lead to motor errors.

Printer Firmware Update:

  • Ensure that the printer's firmware is up to date. Outdated firmware can cause compatibility issues, especially with newer OS like Windows 11. Visit the HP support website to download and install the latest firmware for your printer model.

Take care and have an amazing day!
