Not entirely sure about the printer model.
If this is your printer:

then the Printer Software is here:
HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127/128 Series Full Software and Drivers
If the software is failing during the last phase where the "device setup" is detecting the printer on the network, consider:
Check to make sure your Security Software (Windows Defender, for example) is not blocking the installation.
and / or
Remove the software > Restart > Install the software using the rules for compatibility.
Preparation
Download and Save the Full Feature Software to your computer.
Do not "run" the installation yet...
Completely uninstall the printer software
Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features
Restart the computer and log in.
Check Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers –
If you see the printer, Right-Click on it and Uninstall / Remove device
Open Control Panel > icon view > Device Manager
View > Devices by type
Expand the Printers section
If you see the printer, Right-Click on it and Uninstall / Remove
If you remove the device from Devices and Printers or the Device Manager,
Restart the computer and log in.
Method – Manual – Set Compatibility and Install Software
If you have not done so, Download and Save the Full Feature Software to your computer
Navigate to your Downloads folder and open the folder so you can view the contents
Right-Click on the downloaded installation file > Properties > Compatibility
Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
Select Windows 7
Click Apply and OK to close the Properties menu
Right-Click on the program and select to Run as Administrator
After the software installs, Restart the computer and log in.

You referenced Windows 7 in your response I have windows 10
i have HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn
i do NOT see the printer anywhere so i can NOT uninstall the software
ive looked on the forum and many people have problems with this installation of windows 10 and this printer.
how can HP take over my computer and fix this

Open the Software page

Reminders
- Use the serial number of the device to submit the case (do not post that information here).
