At 99% its stops installing driver.

when i plugin usb it shows as hp laserjet CD rom and  also tried the upgrde thing but its not showing in dropdown menu .

plz help me out

Hi,

Please unplug the USB cable from the printer first,

Click the Setup icon or the OK button to access the printer menu, navigate to Service and tap it or press OK to enter the Service Menu, from there select HP Smart install and disable the feature, the printer will restart.

 

Now launch the HP Installation wizard again and follow the steps on screen, be sure not to plug the USB till the installation prompt to do so.
