Product: HP Laser Jet M607
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hey all! Just installed a LaserJet M607 printer on a Windows 7 computer and for the life of me, I can't get it print two-sided. All of the boxes are checked and yet it will not duplex. Thanks for any assistance.

HP Recommended

Which 607 do you have a N or DN. The N model has no duplex built in. Part number for that unit is K0Q14A

 

The M607DN that does duplex is a K0Q15A
