Product: Envy 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased a HP Envy 5660 printer for my dorm.  

 

However, the dorm will not allow wireless printers to be connected to their network.  How can I hard wire the printer to my Laptop?

Use a Printer USB cable like this.

You still have to install the Full Featured Software and Drivers and follow the installation instructions.

Dear Sabertooth04,  Thanks and kudos!  There's others that may need  this fix.  So does " The Goomba" hook up the printer and computer and then simply reinstall the printer software? Thanks in advance for your tips.
