The colour laser 150 nw printer is plugged in, turned on and the WiFi light is flashing blue. My Mac and iPhone are both finding the printer's WiFi and trying to connect but it it asking for the printer WiFi password. I have printed two configuration/ supplies information pages and the WiFi password for the printer is not included on the print out. I have tried the default password '12345678' and resetting the printer several times.

Thanks, I've done that and the lights flash as said in video link you sent. The issue isn't the laptop finding the printer WiFi, which appears to be working perfectly, the laptop is finding the printer every time. The issue is the password that is being requested to join.

Any further ideas?

Thanks

Hi @b_matthews

Try it on another laptop to see if the same problem occurs.

Best regards
