Laser Jet Pro M12w
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The printer is new to my PC; it works fine from Windows, but not from an iPad.

The printer is configured as wireless, and printing works fine although the IP-address listed for direct print on the configuration sheet does not respond.

On the iPad the printer is listed under WiFi settings, but when I ask it to print the message No Airprint printer found comes up.

I should have known by now (I am a retired IT pro LOL) that instructions often need to be followed very literally. The distinction between the different types of wireless print had escaped me. Thank you very much!
