Wrong update the printer M15W

Hi,

I have a laserjet printer which is M15W, I had updated firmware which downloaded from HP official website. But after updating, the printer cannot work. Both, there are warning and power flashing. Can someone help me with that? Thank you very much.

Removing the toner cartridge, power cycling the printer and flashing the printer firmware may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector

2) Remove all of toner cartridges from the printer and close the door

3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer

5) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the toner cartridges.

6) Download and install the latest firmware update from here.
