Product: HP color copier 190

I have an older HP color copier 190-it has been used little and very well taken care of. Since putting in new ink cartridges it will not get past the align ink cartridges. I have done that about 10 times-any suggestions on what I need to do so I can fix this and use it-Tx

Try if below steps help in bypassing the alignment:

 

Press and hold the "Enter" button, and then press "Menu"

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

*Say thanks by clicking the "Kudos! Star" which is on the left*
Make it easier for other people to find solutions, by marking my answer with "Accept as Solution" if it solves your issue
