Solved: auto duplex printing - HP Support Community

Installed the HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw. It seems I cannot auto duplex print, only manual:

I allready made new installation with HP_Laseerjet_M252_Full_Software_and_Drivers_15309.exe

and executed HPPSde.exe without result.

Auto duplex printing is the only reason why I bought this printer.

Can anybody help?

Hi,
Enter the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
