hello to all 

First, I apologize for my English I use translator

when I'm printing this printer the toner does not stick to the paper And the toner run  is on the paper 

The repair work could not understand the problem

I think I'm not getting hot enough

Please help me find out where the problem is

Hi Peymansh,

 

What paper type are you using? Make sure it is a supported paper type for your printer model.

Also make sure that you declare the correct paper type and size in the printer's trays settings for the paper. The paper type you are using must match the paper type in the settings of the printer, so that the printer will know how much temperature will have to apply to the paper to burn the toner on it.
