Product: M477FDW

Just setup a brand new M477FDW and there is a knocking sound when it is initializing or printing. Wondering if this is normal or I need to take it back.

These printers are a little noisy, mostly traced back to cartridges.

OK thanks, I'll monitor it for a few days. I've tried reinstalling the toner cartridges but it didn't make a difference.

what do u mean by: "tracked back" ? old/bad cartridges ?

i just got mine new from amazon and noticed this.
