1536dnf MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

as mentioned in the subject, I am using Windows 10 Pro (6 bit)

my Printer model is LaserJet 1536dnf MFP and the driver is installed for M1530 MFP. when i tries to open Printing Preferences it gives the following error.

 

C:\WINDOWS/system32/rundll32.exe

Function address 0x000000006FDAB9E2 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005)

Some or all property pages may not be displayed 

 

needs to change the Page size to A4. Urgent assistance is required.

Instead of the Full Solution, let's try the basic and maybe even the Universal. Maybe there's a compatibility issue on these computers with the Full version.

Printer driver is corrupt. Delete the current driver, reboot computer, install new driver. If you can't delete the current driver, just install a new driver with a different name and use it instead.

I am downloading the driver from HP Support only and so far i have tried to download it 4 times every time the same driver is being downloaded with the file size of 173MB and by the file name of "hp_M1530_MFP_full_Solution_15188" and the problem still exist.

 

Please suggest with another solution.
