I have tried all the suggestions from HP: remove the cartridge and clean it, remove paper and replace, unplug and let the printer sit for 60 seconds and still have the orange flashing paper jam error.  I also have restarted my computer.

When you remove cartridge use flashlight and check in the middle of the printer behind grey rubber paper pickup roller.

You might have some foreign object or a small piece of paper that is blocking sensor that is located behind the grey roller.
