HP Laser Jet Pro n26nw
Microsoft Windows Vista
Hi!
I would like to use the e-print function in my printer HP Laser Jet Pro n26nw. However, I cannot connect to the IP address provided in the printer screen.

I have already allowed the wireless direct function. What should I do?

Thanks!

Hi @jessicascanary,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you wanted to know how to setup
eprint for your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26nw.

This issue could occur if the web services are not turned on and the wi-fi direct is turned on.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Setting Up and Using HP ePrint

Also, I suggest that you turn off wi-fi direct on your printer.

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.

HI Rainbow23,

I finally can access the IP address shown in the printer screen but I don't know what is the reason behind as it suddenly get fixed. I guess it's because the wifi direct is turn on.

I did used a lot of time on this problem and feel frustrated and thanks so much for your help!
