Product: laserjet pro

after hitting print icon, it asks for number of copies.   then i hit ok.   then all that comes up is custom settings.   it prints from the computer fine.   just trying to make a copy using the glass top

Hi,

What printer is it?

 

Usually, for a such you should click the Copy icon or button on the printer, not on the computer, the number of copies option on your computer is an option to print multiple instances of the printed document, it have nothing much to do with the copy feature.
