cant scan but can print

Cant scan to desktop.  says no connection but run device settings page it see's the printer.  Regular printing from computer works fine.  I have tried web, usb, and wireless connections all with same results

This form of scan starts at the printer's control panel, allows you to select one of the listed Shortcuts, conducts the scan, and passes the scanned content to the computer.

Scan to Computer requires that the full driver printer software is installed on the receiving system, your Windows 11 computer and that the Manage Scan to Computer feature is enabled.
