Hi  @4socks,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand how  it must be to see blank pages when you’re trying to print with fonts you’ve downloaded.

Just to confirm a couple of points:

  • Are the blank pages happening only when you use certain Creative Fabrica fonts, or do standard system fonts print correctly?
  • Do you see the text on screen in your document before printing, but it disappears only once it’s sent to the printer?

Here are a few  steps you can try :

  1. Check font installation: Make sure the fonts are properly installed on your computer. Try opening them in another program (like WordPad or Notepad) to confirm they display correctly.
  2. Update printer driver/firmware: Visit HP’s support website https://support.hp.com/  and download the latest driver and firmware for the M252dw. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause font rendering issues.
  3. Print as image: In your print dialog, look for an option like “Print as Image” (often under advanced settings). This bypasses font rendering issues and can help confirm if the problem is font-related.
  4. Test with PDF: Save your document as a PDF and then print the PDF. This can sometimes embed the fonts more reliably.
  5. Check font embedding: If you’re using software like Microsoft Word, ensure that fonts are embedded in the file before printing.

I hope this helps.
