Laserjet Pro cm1415FNW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laserjet is in a constant cycle of rebooting. Its functional for about 20-30 seconds after it boot sand then it reboots itself.

I have seen this issue posting in other threads. Based on those threads I have tried the following:

-Unplugging the printer for 10+ minutes. Then plug it in again and restart.

-Reset printer by pressing back and Home button. The screen then says something about Long Term Storage Init. When it eventually restarts I set up the printer again.

None of the above resolved the issue.

I looked on my wife's computer and found a bunch of files in the print queue. After I cleared them out, everything works fine.

Thanks!

your welcome-

if this is set up as a network or wireless printer and you (she) is using windows 10, you may need to install the print driver.

there are known issues with print job corrupting from microsft edge or google chrome, or it could have uninstalled your TCP/IP port and changed it to a WSD port
