My printer refuses to connect to the wireless network despite entering the correct wifi password, updating firmware,  resetting default settings,  and unplugging router and printer. It worked at our last house and moved and now it won't work. Please help!

Have you changed any hardware such as your wireless router? These printers only communicate on the 2.4 Ghz wireless and most newer routers are dual band. Standard programming is usually to use the same SSID for both the 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands and if the signal from the 5Ghz channel is stronger it will try to connect but fail. You likely need to configure the 2.4Ghz band with a different SSID so that the printer will only try to connect with that one.
