Dear community,

 

I have a question about my printer. If i want to scan or print then I get a respons with code (45). I even can not find the printer at all if search between available printers.

 

Please help me. I am desperate...

I understand that you are unable to print or scan from your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177 as you get an error code 45.

 

This issue could occur if the printer is not connected to the computer.
