Hello @44dimotiko, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are looking for the codes matching the printer on the HP Smart admin. Follow these steps to get and use the pairing code for HP Smart Admin:

1. Make sure the printer is on the network

  1. On a computer, go to hpsmart.com/setup.
  2. Use HP Easy Start to connect the printer to the same network as the computer (Ethernet or Wi‑Fi, as prompted).
  3. If the software can’t find the printer, enter the printer’s IP address manually when prompted (the IP can be viewed on the printer screen when hpsmart.com/setup is displayed and you press OK).

2. Print the pairing code

  1. In HP Easy Start, when prompted, choose to print the pairing code.
  2. A page prints with an XXXX-XXXX pairing code.
    - This code is time‑limited and will expire; if it has expired, reprint a new code again from HP Easy Start.

3. Enter the pairing code in HP Smart Admin

  1. On your computer, go to hpsmart.com/activate.
  2. Sign in with your HP account or create a new one.
  3. Choose how you want to set up the printer: - Company/organization or
    - Personal use
  4. When prompted, enter the pairing code from the printed page to link the printer to your HP account.
  5. Complete the remaining steps: - Optionally sign up for Instant Ink.
    - Install print drivers and print a test page.

If the code “does not match” or isn’t accepted

  • Make sure:
  • You’re using a current (non‑expired) code printed recently from HP Easy Start.
  • The code is entered exactly as shown (including dashes).
  • If it has expired, print a new pairing code from HP Easy Start and try again in hpsmart.com/activate.
