Product: Dell Inspiron
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What should I try?     Went to support for 1100 series Laser printer (11022w)  and tried to download driver multiple times.  The software downloads.  I click it.  It says extracting and then nothing happens.  I really like this printer and would like to get it to work  and besides I have 2 new ink cartridges.  I cannot get the printer to  connect to the computer through wi-fi or USB.
