Hi,
The printer is connected in USB and in the settings is the name of the printer.
I managed to solve the problem by installing the latest version of windows 10, version 1803.
Thank you so much for your help anyway

Hi,
Is the printer connected via USB or through the network?
Be aware that scanning is only supported via USB as described below:

If you fail to scan using provided guideliens please open the Control Panel and select View Devices and Printers, click on Printer Properties and then open the Advanced tab.
Does it list the HP Laserjet 3020 model or the HP Universal Print Driver within the Driver drop down menu?
