After a power outage at my office my printer came up with error: 99.39.64 'eMMC is NonFunctional'. It is pretty much dead due to this and the only thing I can find is the eMMC card and if I could replace it I would in a heartbeat - but HP already told me they do not have it in stock and gave me contact for three of their authorized resellers. I checked with all of those and do not see that it is in stock with them either (much less even listed as an out of stock product). I have found the eMMC possibly available on eBay and other sources for the M605 printer - is it possible this card would work with my M604, despite different part numbers? I'm guessing not as it states it is only compatible with the M605 series printers.
Anyone else know any option to replacing this part? I am going to go ahead and order a new printer, but this printer is only 2 years old, and you all know they aren't cheap, so having to trash it over an unavailable part is just very frustrating!

Hi Sushikam,
If it says that is suitable for a M605 then it would be suitable for the M604 as well. I am 99,9% sure about this.
If you could tell us the part number it would be better of course.
I hope this may help,
Cheers!
