We just installed this printer onto our network and it showed offline, but it pings. It's giving this error code, and showing on the screen to reboot, and if the error comes back contact support. It's new out of the box. I saw a post about check printing, but we're using it just for regular printing. Any ideas?

According to my service documentation if this error reoccurs on a restart then you should replace the DC controller. As this is a brand new unit I would simply contact your dealer and get it RMA'd
