how can I fix error 59.70 in my printer???

The manual states:

59.70 = Black developer motor startup error

This typically means the toner cartridge is binding up internally. Remove the black toner cartridge and look at the right end of it to find a couple of white plastic triangular pieces sticking out. One is for the drum and the other is the developer drive. Carefully grab and rotate each one about 1/2 to 1 turn (probably clockwise) with a pair of pliers so as to not damage them, in order to free them up to turn by the printer. Put it back in the printer and it should work OK now.
