This is a beam detect error which would indicate that the scanner is not rotating. Did you replace with new parts or used parts?  If you swapped the two scanners  (yellow/magenta) did the error follow the scanner or did the error remain the same? If error followed the scanner then that scanner is bad. If the error was the same you need to check all cabling closely to ensure that all connections are solid.

yes i did replace it with new and error massage remain same

also did check all its cabling very closely look at it and new cable damage or plugged wrongly all correct

is there any thing called timing of rotators???

HP Recommended

No timing settings for scanners. The main drive train is the only part of printer that requires setting.

That noise right at the end is very telling. That is consistent with a bad drive motor or a locked scanner motor. If you go to admin>troubleshooting and find the component test you can run each motor individually to find out which one causes the problem.
