error code b86c33e8

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I  and getting error code b86c33e8 along with a blue screen on my touch screen after I inserted new ink cartridges. I have taken then out and reinserting them again. I have also rebooted the printer several times

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
