Hi
I did all the steps and tips carefully but there is still a problem paper jam in the adf section so please help🤕

I understand you are getting paper jam error while printing from ADF.

 

    • Open the ADF cover, and then remove any jammed paper.

      Example of clearing a jam from the ADF

  1. Try to print.

Update the printer firmware

Thanks for answering. I must say My job is a printer repairman in country iran from city Isfahan . The operation I did * - Complete ADF Checked Sensors Complete Checked to be Healthy * - Firmware Printer Updated * - There is no paper jam in the ADF Unfortunately the problem still exists. Could the problem be the main board? Please save me from this confusion.
