Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

hi  I used to use my printer normally but a few days ago suddenly I saw error about my Mac book showed me about the printer did not let me print because it can damage  it solved by downloading hp printer from your website but today  I saw a new error on my Mac that is saying filter failed I saw instruction on your web site I fallowd but it did not work 

please help me
