The exposed attributes will probably depend on which driver you have installed.

My Windows 10 Professional 64-bit system has several built-in drivers (for PCL 5, PCL 6, PCL6 Class, PS, PS Class) for the Colour LaserJet 5500 printer:

You may have to click the Windows Update button in the Add Printer dialogue, then wait (perhaps for several minutes) whilst additional drivers are downloaded, before the list is repopulated.

Some time ago, i downloaded the PCL 6 and PCL6 Class drivers for this printer to run some tests (I don't have this printer model, so the target port was set to File:).

With the PCL6 Class driver, the Device Settings tab on the Printer properties dialogue shows:

With the PCL 6 driver, the Device Settings tab on the Printer properties dialogue shows:

This support article appears to describe how to disable Mopier mode.

On the Device Settings tab of the Printer properties dialogue, you may also want to set the Printer Hard Disk as Uninstalled if your printer does not have one - print off a configuration page from the printer to determine this.

There is not even option of printer Hard Drive in device setting dialogue
