I need to hard reset or cold reset my hp laser jet pro m203dw,  i cant acces via web to change the printer name or ip.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to reset your HP Laserjet m203dw printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the printer and network settings to the factory defaults. It
will not reset the page count, tray size, or language. To restore the printer to the factory-default settings,

 

Restore the factory-set defaults.

Click here and refer page no.76 in the user guides to restore the printer.

 

Once it is restored, refer page no,62 in the user guide to access the EWS page.
