Hi @Tom1739,

To change the wireless password on your HP LaserJet Pro 400, you will typically need to change the settings from the Printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS). Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Connect to the Printer's EWS:

    • Make sure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
    • Identify the printer’s IP address, which can be found on the printer's control panel under the network settings menu.
    • Open a web browser on your computer and type the printer’s IP address in the address bar. Press Enter.
  2. Access Network Settings:

    • In the EWS, navigate to the "Network" tab.
    • Select the "Wireless" section to view wireless settings.
  3. Change Wireless Password:

    • Look for the option to edit the wireless network settings.
    • Enter the new wireless password in the respective field. Ensure that it matches the security requirements (WPA/WPA2, etc.) of your network.
  4. Save Settings:

    • After entering the new password, save the settings.
    • The printer may restart to apply the new settings.
  5. Reconnect Devices:

    • Any devices that connect to the printer wirelessly will need to use the new password to reconnect.
  6. Test Connection:

    • Print a network configuration page to confirm that the wireless settings have been correctly updated and the printer is connected to the network with the new password.
