Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you have forgotten the administrator password for your printer and need to regain access to its network settings, a factory reset may be required to restore the default settings.

 

Please refer to the steps in this official HP support document to restore your printer to factory defaults:

Restore factory defaults—HP Support

 

Please note that restoring factory defaults may erase customized settings, including network configuration, so you may need to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network afterward.
